Charlotte Au joined Wayfinder (formerly Co:Here Developments Society) in August 2023 and leads the real estate development activities of the organization. Charlotte brings a decade of real estate industry experience including leading and managing housing projects for non-profit organizations and faith communities across BC. She combines her technical experience in project management, project financing, and land acquisitions with her passion for creating healthy communities to successfully deliver meaningful community-centric housing projects. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.

Michael Guenter

Chair

Michael Guenter is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in real estate development. Throughout his life, he has been actively engaged in faith communities, which has shaped his commitment to meaningful, community-focused projects. Currently serving as Vice President of Development at Concert Properties and as Board Chair of the Co:Here Foundation, Michael leverages his expertise in both the private and non-profit sectors to advance the delivery of affordable housing. Michael’s passion lies in projects that achieve deeper affordability through innovative collaborations with multiple stakeholders, including private developers, government agencies at all levels, private donors, and non-profit organizations. His most rewarding endeavors are those that creatively leverage these partnerships to deliver impactful, sustainable housing solutions.

Andy Lambkin

Vice Chair

Andy is a bi-vocational pastor with 25 years of experience leading a local congregation. In addition to his pastoral role, he serves as a Business Development Manager for a mid-sized general contractor. In 2017, recognizing the untapped potential for churches to use their land for community impact, Andy co-founded the Nest Housing Society. In 2024, as Wayfinder’s capacity expanded, the Nest board made the strategic decision to close operations and join forces with Wayfinder. As part of this transition, Andy joined Wayfinder’s board of directors.  With a deep understanding of church governance, congregational dynamics, and strong relationships with churches across the province, Andy brings invaluable expertise to Wayfinder. His growing development knowledge and unique perspective strengthen the organization’s ability to support faith-based initiatives and affordable housing projects.

Scott Regamble

Secretary

Scott brings over 20 years of business experience and more than a decade in the real estate industry as a real estate advisor with Engel and Volkers Vancouver. He leads with a commitment to client well-being, community connection, and integrity. Known for his reliability and attention to detail, he has built a reputation based on trust and consistency. Scott is deeply involved in faith-based and community initiatives. His straightforward, values-driven approach is evident in everything he does, from real estate to his work on the Wayfinder board.

Nina Tong

Treasurer

Nina Tong is a CPA with more than 15 years accounting experience working in Real Estate with a variety of responsibilities such as tax, financial reporting, preparing budgets and cashflows. Nina supports the Wayfinder team to build a strong accounting system and assist with the proformas.

Hans Fast

Director

Hans is a Vancouver-born entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in real estate development. Since founding Fastmark Development in 2020, he has cultivated expertise across all aspects of residential development. He studied Architectural and Building Technology at BCIT and Urban Land Economics at UBC. Deeply committed to his faith, Hans has been an active member in the Christian community for most of his life.

Sean Vrtacic

Director

Sean Vrtacic is a Senior Development Manager with over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. Sean manages the design, development and municipal approvals for multi-family residential developments at Mosaic Homes. He specializes in the front end of the development cycle with experience in early-stage feasibility analysis, proformas, development strategies, market research, site planning, and contract negotiations. Sean graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in finance with a concentration in entrepreneurship. He has been a Board Member of the Co:Here Foundation since 2020 and he brings a strong commitment to using his professional expertise for the purpose of building community-centered affordable housing. 

Jason Yourk

Director

Jason Yourk is a CPA with a decade of accounting experience across the for-profit and non-profit sectors, serving as an auditor, controller, and treasurer. Holding a Master’s in Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan, Jason is deeply passionate about fostering community connections and promoting equity in society. Through his professional and volunteer work, he implements effective systems and processes to drive meaningful change, notably with Wayfinder, where he supports faith-based non-profits in land development. Residing in a cohousing community in North Vancouver, Jason contributes to community engagement and financial sustainability, embodying his dedication to collaborative living and impactful leadership.

Nuong Doan

Director

Nuong Doan joins Wayfinder with 10 years of accounting experience in both public practice and real estate development. Nuong has experience in audit, taxation, corporate accounting and development accounting and supports Wayfinder on the accounting and reporting side.
