Timothy Hall Student Residences
Timothy Hall is an affordable student housing residence built on a former parking lot owned by Carey Hall. Featuring 75 suites in a 7-storey concrete building, Timothy Hall has an abundance of common lounge areas on each floor, a large study area on the main floor, and a generous outdoor patio. One of the first buildings on campus to be built to UBC’s REAP sustainability standards.
